Meet the People Behind Legacy Visa Solutions
Amethyst Clemente
Licensed Immigration Adviser
My journey to New Zealand began on a temporary visa when I came to study Mental Health. Through my studies, I discovered the peace and beauty of New Zealand and the warmth of its people. My education opened doors to employment, allowing me to transition from a student visa to a work visa and begin building a life here.
My journey took on a deeper meaning when I met my husband. We married in New Zealand, and in time, I progressed from a work visa to residence through partnership and eventually became a New Zealand citizen.
The word Legacy holds a special meaning for me. It came from a word of promise—that I was entering a new chapter and fulfilling a new direction for my life in New Zealand.
Today, that journey has become our family’s legacy. Our faith, our marriage, and the future we are building for our children in New Zealand are at the heart of everything we do.
This is the story behind Legacy Visa Solutions. We believe immigration is more than obtaining a visa—it is about people, families, new beginnings, and building a future that can become a legacy for generations to come.

My journey to New Zealand began with a simple step—a bridging course for nurses. That step opened the door to a career I deeply value as an ICU nurse with the Health New Zealand and, in time, to becoming a New Zealand resident.
But New Zealand gave me more than a career. It became the place where I met my wife, built our marriage, welcomed our children, and eventually became a proud New Zealand citizen.
Looking back, I see how every step became part of something greater than I first imagined. What began as my own journey became our family’s story—and the legacy we are building for our children and generations to come.
Today, we carry that same faith, hope and purpose into Legacy Visa Solutions. Beyond immigration support, our community outreach is about walking alongside individuals and families as they begin life in New Zealand—helping them feel welcomed, supported, and connected to a caring community.
Having walked this path ourselves, we hope to help others embrace new opportunities, find a sense of belonging, and build a lasting legacy for generations to come.
